  It was a unpleasure visit. I've been in the store the last Saturday, 19th august. The attendant was in a bad mood, arms crossed did not even answer my greeting, soon after followed me to the female session and began to make strange noises and dances, as if it were Making a fool of myself, I left the store immediately and went to buy the product I needed at another Timberland store in Pedralbes.

  My suggestion is that they start having a policy of customers being able to return shoes within at least a few days even if the shoes have been worn (especially if the customer can document some flaw with them - including getting blisters). That way Timberland should be able to get a lot of valuable customer feedback, which could benefit them in the long run - provided they are able to use it in a good way of course.

  3) I bought this pair of sandals, but after about 30 minutes of wearing them they started giving me blisters. I took them back to the shop the day after to see if I could get a refund (on the basis of, say, a design issue), but was told it wasn't possible. I left the sandals in the shop for them to give to charity/return to the design-team.
