  most terrible service. there are so many people in store staff are running mad. no system here.. when you get someone's attention they make you feel bad and uncomfortable for taking some time to decide or wanting to look at something else. if youre going in here. know what you want. its almost self service here.

  Terrible Service! You have to stand outside of the store and wait 30 minutes plus. Just to look inside. I have never seen this kind of service in any of the Chanel stores. All because there is not enough employees to service the customers.

  The Worst Store iv been to. I wanted to purchase one of the crossbags that i could not find when i was London so i decided to get it from Barcelona. As we were heading door the doorman locked the door when he saw us and said too many people inside As i really wanted the bag i waited for 10 min. Nobody left the store during that time and as i was standing there waiting in the heat i see two ladies looking arabic i believe as soon as the approch the door he opens the door for them. So my husbands got super irritated waves at the guy and what he does is shrug with his shoulders then smiles and lockes the door Again. Shamelful disgusting act Chanel. Disgrace to ur brand image. Just because ur CAsually dressed doesnt mean ur not there to buy. Never Again will i step in ur Stores

  The best Chanel I've ever been. MING is the best and most handsome SA I've ever met in Europe !!!! And all SA here are very handsome and beautiful !!!
