  Place is too crowded, no matter what time of day you go. Also, when you enter it, there's no one to help you right away. You just have to go from table to table, assuming that the person there will be the responsible for the service you are looking for.

  Terrible organisation In the run up to Christmas, long waiting time, when I finally got assistance after half an hour of waiting to be seen, and was told I had to speak to somebody to join a queue... there was nobody to speak to to register for said queue.

  You have to wait hours to see a support specialist, even if you have an appointment. You need to take a day (or two!!) off work which for a doctor like me is extremely difficult. Apple doesnt do home servicing in Spain so it's a bit of a nightmare. The staff are friendly enough and the work they do is quality, the store is just horrendously managed - has been for years.

  Great location, right near the heart of Place De Catalunya and next to the entrance/exit of the Passeig de Gracia Metro line. The store is 2-3 stories high have all the Apple toys I wanted. In hot summer days, it’s a nice cool place to chill and relax a little.
