  Our family of 4 rented bikes from here for the day. It was a great experience overall - the person assisting us was super friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make sure the bikes fit well and that we were happy. He even added some baskets for us that made carrying our things around so much easier. As a bonus, the day rate was super affordable. Highly recommend Rivera Bikes for your rental.

  Really kind staff, who dealt quickly and easily with any issues, rented the electric scooters which were really fun and easy to use.

  However, before 1:30pm the handle of my bike got completely loose while I was crossing a big street. I managed to keep it somewhat in place, although still a bit loose and in a completely weird position, but it was impossible to bike like that the whole day (not only uncomfortable, but also DANGEROUS). We were already too far away from the store and didn't want to waste our day dealing with this, so we just stopped at a different bike store to have it fixed. By the end of the day, when we went to return it (before we planned, because we were really uncomfortable in those bikes) the guy working at the store was completely rude. He kept both acting as if I was lying (even though I had pictures and a video) and saying that it was normal for the bike to break down (!!!!). After a big discussion, he returned our money, while swearing in Catalan to his coworker.

  Also, one of the first two bikes he offered us had a flat tire, while the other one had the seat completely destroyed. We had to point it out to him as he didn't bother to even check the tires. Finally, the employee didn't speak English well, so during all our discussion I had to try to speak Spanish.
