  This hotel has one of the best service I have ever been to. The pool is really nice (during the day lots of people so come at the night.) Also the lounge is really good. The best thing about the hotel is the room and the view. I recommend you to come to this hotel.

  Nice hotel situated near the marina. Not for those with vertigo. Rooms modern and clean. Staff friendly and very helpful.

  Second issue was with the room. For the price we paid we were expecting a nice, modern room, fully functioning. Instead with had few issues, like with door not opening, light not working, etc... In another hotel it would have not bother me, but at a Ritz Carlton, should not happen.

  The really excellent bit, was after. As soon as I issued my complained I was immediately contacted and acknowledge my disappointment and the fact they did not live up to their usual standard with assurance and incentive to come back.

  We arrived early after an overnight flight from NY and to our pleasant surprise the room was ready. Service has been excellent. Even with the added security post the terrorist attack,the staff are doing their best to accommodate. The concierge team is excellent. All recommendations have been spot on.

  The view from our one bedroom suite on the 23rd floor is unparalleled. My only issue is the sleeping arrangements for or 2 children (9 and 11). We were expecting a sleeper sofa but it's just a sofa. So one child sleeping on cot and the other on the couch. Would have expected more given how much we are paying.

  Beautiful hotel, right next to the beach. Lovely experience at check in, even though we were a few hours early we were found a room very quickly and had some cava for the short wait. The room had a beautiful view of the marina/beach and was spotless. Brilliant night's sleep - pleasantly surprised with how quiet the room was, especially given that the area seems quite lively with late night bars at the beach. Would definitely return.

  The restaurant had great food, although limited in vegetarian options. But the quality was excellent and were really accommodating in looking for alternative.
