  Looks before taste - it seems to be one of those "fine dining" places that puts fancy serving and special presentation in front of making the food delicious. To make a good restaurant you first need to nail to food: make it taste good. Only then you should think about fancy serving or interesting cooking techniques. Service was good.

  We ate here as a group of 18 people. Mano Rota served us a (if I remember correctly!) 14 course tasting menu, which was a simply incredible experience. Everything was cooked to perfection, and everyone received an identical dish with each course. The flavours were on another level, and sometimes challenging. The wine was also extraordinary.

  Excellent from start to finish... the food, the drinks, the service, the atmosphere... loved it all. From the menu, I especially loved the ceviche... I've been dreaming of it and can't wait to come back for more.

  On our last night in Spain, we gambled on Mano Rota. The decor is wonderful. The staff is lovely. And the food is top notch. Don't miss the ceviche! We enjoyed the whole experience immensely.

  We enjoyed a customized tasting menu and a great bottle of affordable white wine. Every dish was impeccably prepared w clear and complex flavors. The staff were friendly and attentive making our evening the best in Spain. The atmosphere of the brick walls and lots of unfinished wood adds to the natural and relaxing feeling. High praise. Don't miss it.
