  We came across Sant Pau by accident, a very fortunate one. It's such a beautiful group of of decorative buildings. If you work in hospitals or health you will be interested in the history. Also it's only 1km walk to the Sagrada Familia which you can see from the hospital. Two of the must see buildings of Barcelona.

  The best place ever visited! For medical professionals it is quite amusing. Nice former hospital!

  Beautiful hospital with very detailed decoration. It will only take 1 to 1.5 hour to finish the tour since many buildings are under renovation or maintenance. Worst of all, we couldn't even finish our tour as there is some kind of even took place in the main building that day we visited. We were only asked to visit few hours later to finish the last part of the tour. This event didn't start when we arrive in the first place... staff can just let us know there will be an event held and we can grab time to visit this part of building as it would be temply closed for a while. Very unprofessional and waste travellers time.

  Beautiful buildings, very unique and wonderfully restored, I've visited many times and love going back. Well worth a visit. (usually much quieter than other attractions in Barcelona).

  It's incredible this place is not way more famous. Great architecture. Pretty quiet but slightly expensive. Still work in progress,so they could have had put s little cursive in the ticket. A nice tour takes exactly 90 minutes. The history of medicine last is also very cool
