  We loved this park! If you are a tourist but tired of the crowds and hoards of other tourists at every destination in the city, this park is for you. Sundays and Wednesdays are free too! The park is beautiful and has lots of working water features (rare here). We went Wednesday afternoon and almost had the place to ourselves, only saw about 20 people in about an hour. The maze was fun too, very challenging! It's pretty far to walk from the city, I recommend a cab ride (about 24 euro from the Gothic district). Stop reading this review and catch a cab to this awesome park!

  Right beside the Velodrome of Horta sits the gate to the gardens of Horta, which houses three small palaces, many internal gardens and the famous labyrinth. With the best Alice in Wonderland vibes we can get, this labyrinth features different archway entrances, only to transform into tangled pathways that ultimately guide you to the center of the maze. It is a beautiful place to visit!

  If you want a quite escape to nature up in the mountain of Barcelona, then you must come here. It is quite far from the centre, but it is accessible with the Green Line. The garden is very large, with many hidden areas for sitting. The maze is also fun, and much harder than it looks! This place is great for people of all ages! There is a small entrance fee, but if you come a bit later in the afternoon, it is usually free!

  It was my favourite park when I was a kid and it still is now. It has a great views, really clean air and it's not like every park in Barcelona, you actually have a chance to feel like you are in a natural, green spot, away from the cars and the city.
