  Not satisfied at all. I had a small bag of clothes to wash and the employee just looked at it and said the price is 20€. When I told her that 20€ it's not quite accurate according to the pricelist she suddenly didn't understand english anymore...I accepted the offer after all because I was is no mood to start a fight, so they told me to come back in 3 hours. When I came back, my clothes they were nicely folded and the smell was ok. When I unfolded them, most of them were one size smaller and I was missing some small clothing items like underwear and socks. Very dissapointed.

  A bad experience: we were overcharged by a “temporary” employee, who demanded €20 when laundry for wash, dry and fold was dropped off, without weighing. We should have questioned this, as the price should have been €14.50. Could not get a refund, even though the ?manager knew we overpaid. Be careful here, check the price list on the wall, and ask for laundry to be weighed. Laundry was done okay and on time.
