  In the end I put all my clothes in the small washing machine and the result of the wash was not very satisfying. Moreover, I put the money for 30 minutes drying and the paying machine "forgot" it and gave me only 15 minutes drying so I had to put an extra 2€....

  Me ha encantado el sitio. El olor que deja en la ropa me ha gustado mucho. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. Cuando fuimos esta mañana , el dueño nos enseño como usar las maquinas y fue muy amable. Totalmente recomendable

  2/ once you put money in the payment terminal, you can NOT get it back, you have to select a machine, it's impossible to cancel and get your money back.

  I went there and it was packed as there are only few machines therefore it is easy to find it busy. I waited and when it was my turn I put the clothes in one machine. I put the money in the payment machine but I selected with the button the wrong one that was smaller then the one I needed.

  3/ if you take to long to decide, you'll lose your money! Real case scenario: I put 2 euros in the payment terminal, then I transferred my clothes from Drying machine 6 to Drying machine 5, when I came back to the payment terminal (1 meter away from the machine), my credit was gone, the machine was back to the welcome display, as if I hadn't put any money in it, I had to put again 2 euros.

  So I called the customer service number to get help and a VERY RUDE person told me that it was my problem if I chose the wrong machine and that he was not coming over (as he was chilling on his sofa I guess...) so basically he told me to f##k off and treated me as a retarded.

  1/ it doesn't accept EUR20 bills, even if it says it does. The machine does not take it (it happens to me and other people, my bill was new, fresh out of the ATM)

  New machines and very helpful staff. Clean place also. Provide instructions in various languages also.
