  La dependienta mayor (creo que es la dueña) es bastante antipática. La tienda en si está bien. Coral y otras piedras como en otros sitios. Hay algunos collares muy bonitos.

  If your prices are in Euros, then charge your customers in Euros so what they see is what they pay. Don't charge them in their home currency like you're doing them a favor when you're actually giving them a poorer exchange rate and costing them extra money. Or at the very least ASK the Customer which currency they would prefer to pay in, don't force it upon them since not all of us pay a foreign exchange fees when paying in a foreign currency. And if you get caught charging a Customer in the wrong currency and the Customer asks you to correct it, don't be disrespectful to the Customer who is trying to give you their hard-earned money.

  Due to this poor Customer Service and treatment, I told them to keep their several 100 euros worth of bracelets and that I would take my business elsewhere. So I ended up canceling my order and purchased some beautiful bracelets for my daughter at a store nearby that had nicer bracelets and much better Customer Service. Oh, and they asked me in what currency I would like to pay, and I gladly paid in Euros.

  BUYER BEWARE. Poor Customer Service. Attempted to purchase several bracelets for my daughter and when I gave them my US Credit Card to pay, they charged me in US Dollars with a significant markup. When I asked them to charge me in Euros since their prices were in Euros, they looked at me with disgust, asked me how much the difference in the exchange rate was, and started taking out coins from the cash register like I was some beggar and with a horrible attitude.
