  Second review: It seems that I actually had back luck with the 1st ICATME’s consultant. In this case Dr Barrera took care of a hand issue sparing me a surgery and with an up to date approach that made be happy to have insisted in ICATME rather than going elsewhere. My opinion is that Dexeus is worthy the waits and delays caused by its popularity.

  Top professionals, I am not gonna said I have agreed with all of them or not seek for a second opinion but to be honest no doctor in there has told me something that was wrong, it has imperfections though I tried to find some doctor that show on the ICATME centre web page and reception could not find it, Image department has long waits and so does its lab. Overall also I found that with the exception of the Allergy department (which is 10 years ahead of whatsoever) it is an excellent up to date place rather than innovative. Traumatology of the knee had been my only disappointment as once a proper diagnosis was made the consultant offered me a care path that conservative that I assume he did not take my issues seriously forcing me to seek a second opinion somewhere else, nevertheless the proper diagnosis helped a lot. In Barcelona many of the best clinics are compromised with insurance group. Dexeus is different, I think is one of the best clinics in Barcelona which is accepted by a variety of insurance hence you can take care of almost any health issue including maternity without ever needing other facility this has an annoying side effect, this clinic is indeed too popular, if you do not want to wait better go to Teknon or elsewhere.

  Urgencias is very slow. We have been waiting for 1.5 hours.

  If you can avoid going there, do it at all costs. Waiting for 4,5 hours for my x-ray results while being in pain and not offered painkillers or even a cup of water.
