  Stayed at a local hotel whom provided gym passes for Holmes place. Staff were really friendly. Facilities were clean, modern and the equipment was spot on.

  top of the line training machines, awesome coaches, pool, sauna... you name it, they have it.

  They don't have much free weight 10 kg dumbell one set only :-( same with other weight also. One bench press. Shokingly less machines for back .No Machines for hips calf and forearm. People keep sitting on machine and use Facebook or mobile don't respect others time, they don't agree to share machine with you also. Some ladies don't get down from machin think they own it . Very rude people who come for work out. You will experience racism at peak . And gym syaff contacted one of my private person without asking me. I dont know when they took her number, so be careful when you take someone along with you they spread in your contacts like virus . Food and waiting area is surprisingly far bigger then workout area. Main workout area is very very small congested. They don't also have straight benches, so be careful for oyur back . Ya staff is extra sweet and cheesy, no complain for them.

  The gym could be cleaner. The machines are cleaned in the morning maybe. But I never saw anyone cleaning during the day. Showers are okay, between there almost never soap and you have to go take it from other showers. Hair dryers used to be better but they changed them for some more powerful ones that don't go well for those with curly hair. Also, some of the treadmills don't have audio working well, also touchscreen sometimes are inaccurate and you go crazy trying to tap were you want, while running...
