  Last September I started training with Sascha. I was only in town for 2 months, but had the absolute best experience. As I'm a model, I find it important that there is a plan. Everybody has a different body type. Sascha made sure I had a very specific training and included all my wishes. His knowledge and advise was very much appreciated.   Higly qualified team - the best in town ! Comprehensive team of experts in differents fields that can really change your life, mind and body if you are ready to take the challenge !! Also they have a nutritionist and I really recommend the BioPrint !

  I started with Activate 6 months ago and have been going consistently four days a week. Sascha and his team are simply SUPERB. They have become like family for my children and I. My children also train once a week as a group. A few months ago, I took up boxing classes with Johnny and it has been life changing. Johnny is a professional boxer from Cuba and an amazing sportsman. When I signed up for the class, I thought it would be just something to add to my fitness routine but I soon discovered that it was about me really learning to box as a sport, to the point that in a few months I can actually participate in a real fight. It's teaching me not only an incredible amount of physical discipline but also mental control. Johnny is an excellent teacher and he knows how to push me yet patiently teaching the strategies I need to have good technique. I highly recommend Activate and all it has to offer.
