  Slow ticketing system for service..reminds you of a slow government building.but has everything you can need at premium prices. If I was renovating my entire bathroom I may buy one thing from this store I can't find anywhere else.but they will have it

  The store is awesome, but it’s kinda expensive. Also a crew member was a little rude, i asked for something and he told me “give me a minute” i waited like 10minutes and then he answered me “it depends” and that was all he said.

  The staff had not such a good mood when I went. Every question that I did received a face that was like "you are annoying me girl" :/ It's a pity bc the store is nice.
