  Unbelievable, the curly hair woman who worked in the information desk were not good at Spanish nor English. She wasted me an hour. However, she has been concerned about her appearance. Bad attitude，bad experience.

  I was renewing my passport and read some terrible reviews before going so expected to spend the whole day there. Turned out the process was much streamlined, staff was helpful and efficient, and I got everything done within half an hour probably. The only down was that the place was a bit crowded, with people constantly crossing the line in front of me...

  It’s my second time there and the service is not bad, they are really nice and professional, specially the security guy on the machine, even not being his duty he help you beyond his obligations, but I think that’s a two people job, in any case even the inside workers do their best even if they get surpassed by the circumstances some times, like today that was super crowded after the new year and it was even a fight , but the security took perfect care of it and the stuff remained calm and keep their job on.

  Worst Consular Service for overseas Chinese. Staffs over there never ever put their Chinese fellows shoes into theirs. Bad attitudes. Never has answers more than two words. Xi Da Da is watching. Let's see how long you guys can keep doing this.
