  When I went to the store, the clerk tried to charge me double the price of reservation, which was already paid to Expedia. I told him that my credit card insurance and Expedia would cover any issue, and kindly ask him to remove the extra charges, after that he insisted that the reservation was not paid and asked me to pay it again. After I insist on it, he became aggressive and I decided to pay for it and then solve the matter with Expedia, specially because I was travelling with my parents.

  However, after sending an email to their customer service feedback email address, they responded the next day and everything was sorted out within 3 business working days! This was my first time renting with SIXT and it will definitely not be my last time. It is very comforting to know that this is a company I can rely on to follow through with their great customer service even after the car has been returned.

  The car we received was in excellent condition. As the entire facility belonged only to SIXT, picking up/dropping off the car was very fast and easy. There is also a petrol station just next to them which makes refueling before returning the car extremely convenient.

  BUT, later on when I got in touch with Expedia to make a claim on this regards, we realized that the sneaky clerk charged me an insurance hided as reservation (I've attached the documents) which was almost the same price of reservation.

  What really impressed me was their customer service though. We had an issue with our invoice after returning the car and at first, I was not hopeful that we will be able to reach a speedy resolution as the car had already been returned and the money charged to my account.
