  We rented our apartment in Barcelona out using Ficasso for the last few years and had an excellent experience - Eileen and Alvaro have always been very efficient and most importantly always gave us honest and practical advice. Despite living in the UK we never had any concerns. We then sold the apartment and completed this week, the entire process having been managed by Ficasso. I have to say, it was pretty seamless and Alvaro guided us through at every step - particularly important given we hardly speak any Spanish.
