  No response on my emails, and I see another charge for approximately $190 on my credit card. After a few emails and several days later, staff responded and stated I had to pay for the bill since I didn't call them. So on top of the $90 for rental they charged me for towing. $280 to cover their defective vehicle which only lasted half the tour.

  GoCar Barcelona minicars are potential safety hazards for others. It was for me, and they tried to penalize me for that.

  Old cars and glitchy navigation. Only completed half of the tour in the time given as the GPS kept having problems... But that part was a lot of fun and we saw some places that we wouldn't have had a chance to go to otherwise

  They also stated the vehicle was fine when they picked it up which means they probably put it back into circulation without doing any sort of maintenance. The vehicle lost power in transit and I was unable to restart it for several minutes before I left it. It was not user error.

  Friendly staff, but they nowhere on the sheets you sign does it mention it is illegal to drive with a non-EU license. We got pulled over by the policia at a stop light and they almost made us pay a 250 euro ticket until the manager met us and talked to the police and just had the car towed. But still the company should warn you that it is illegal before you do it. If we had known we could've gotten in trouble we would never have done it. Be warned. ALSO very stressful to drive and sight see and the gps kept losing us. Really cool when we knew where we were going and not stopped by the police!

  Ok the cars are small, low to the ground and the traffic can be somewhat challenging. At some times following the GPS can also be a bit challenging. But this is absolute a fantastic way to explore Barcelona! 3 hours of fun with 2 persons, seeing the entire city for only 100 euro's. Very very cool (only an upgrade on the GPS tool should not to be waited too long with).

  They asked me if I wanted another car and I said no since they apparently don't do PM checks on their vehicles. I requested a refund. Staff told me to email their boss or manager, which I did. A few days later I left Barcelona.

  The staff was great. The cars, not so much. Ours had no sound for the whole ride.

  The minicar stalled multiple times and the battery eventually died while I was going downhill. I left the minicar on a sidewalk (I couldn't put it anywhere else) while I attempted to find a phone to contact staff. Those attempts, long story, failed. I commuted back to the office and informed them where I left it.
