  I paid approx. € 4.500, of which 1.000 for a technical survey, by an external architect. This was okay, the rest a total waste of money. So all in all I'm afraid I cannot recommend this company at this time. Maybe things have changed over time (reading the nice reviews of them in the past) or maybe I had just bad luck. It might be a coincidence but 2 of my contacts left the company while assisting me. I hope I did not cause that. ;-) Happily I’m a lawyer myself and my wife speaks reasonably Spanish, so we were able to do a lot ourselves, otherwise severe accidents might have happened!

  I not very happy with this company to put it mildly. My first contact left the company without letting me know so I had to do the second part of negotations about the purchase contract (Arras) by myself. I paid them for obtaining a NIE, but they suggested later I could better do it myself. Untill now they did not refund me the € 350 involved which they promised to do. Although they said they studied the deed twice, both tax nr and the amounts paid were incorrect in the deed. Happily I did find out myself in time. All kinds of things were not properly prepaired and had to be done last minute in the office of the notary. I even doubt if the to ladies present from Spaincorps/Strong Abogados were lawyers at all. If so they did a good job in hiding that. They said the would assist me in transferring my water contract and electricity contract. But later they told me I had do do the water contract myself, for which they informed we wrongly about the opening hours of the water office and the documents to bring there. The real estate agent told me that I just had to phone to change the electricity contract in my name. But Spaincorps/Strong Abogados told me they needed to make an appointment in person, which they said they would do in 2 (!) weeks. As I didn’t hear about it anymore, I phoned Endesa today and indeed nothing was done yet, but I could easily do it over the phone (although an electrician needs to check the electrical system first, because that was done a long time ago) I informed Spaincorps that I was not at all satisfied with their services and their profesionality, while having to pay seriously for their services. They responded on October 24th by saying they had computerproblems and replied on some issues, but I did not hear from them since regarding my complaint and the electricity contract. On the email I sent them a few days ago I received 2 automatic replies that Mr Lina Llorente has left the company and Diana Léon will be out of office till November 6th. That is all, no other communication.
